George J. Perham, AIA. IIDA

Principal, President

Besides the diversity of his design talent, George brings to the firm the deep knowledge of someone who knows the field, from the ground up. Literally. He has supervised hundreds of projects from initial site evaluations, lease evaluations, programming, and conceptual design phases, all the way through construction completion.

George’s unique ability translates exterior to interior seamlessly—his focus is always on the whole picture, not just architecture or interior design. His extensive experience in architecture and interiors enabled him to reinvent the branch office at the Merritt 7 Corporate Park in Norwalk that he opened 12 years ago, ultimately launching the new home of VIA Visionary Interiors Architecture.

George was the Principal of a well-renowned Connecticut firm for over 48 years, before starting VIA. He led the company’s corporate and commercial Architectural & Interior Design projects.

George loves the challenge of assisting many not-for-profit organizations in the early dream stages of a project, providing grant support, and helping with pro-bono conceptual services pro-bono to help these organizations make their own dreams come true.

Our clients range in goals and we love the adventure of each and every one.
